Integrated Product & Process Teams
Course Duration: 3 Days
The IPPT course will begin with the who, what, why, when, where and how of IPPT's. Implementation and integration options are included and along with selecting the team members and team champion. Rules for teams, tips for teams, supplier involvement on your team, and how to reach team consensus using Pugh charts, are also included.
In addition, implementing Quality Function Deployments (QFD) and benchmarking to the process is included. Lastly, discussion will include how to apply IPPT's on a new product and an existing product.
Application of IPPT's on a sample case study is included and as time warrants, also on a customer-owned product.
A customer case study will be included.
