Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Course Duration: 2 Days
The course will provide an overview of the application and audit of a Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA). PFMEA is a structured analytical tool used by an organization or cross-functional team to identify and evaluate the potential production process failures of a product.
Participants will examine and/or audit products and their processes, and work to determine the impact of potential process failures, and identify and prioritize the preventative actions needed to be taken to alleviate and mitigate process risks, prior to locking in the production processes on a product.
