Quality Function Deployment (House of Quality)

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) or determining the "Voice of the Customer" and how to translate customer desires and information into quantifiable, technical data that is used to assure customer satisfaction. This is accomplished by laying out the "House of Quality" graphic, then walking the students through all of the rooms of the house, and exiting the house with a truer picture of customer desires, stated in quantifiable, technical language.

A customer case study will be included.
