Optimizing Manufacturing Process Selection

Course Duration: 3 Days

This course is intended to provide an overview of the manufacturing processes and the machine tools that are used to produce them. The participants will be asked to read Engineering drawings and have discussions to figure out how best to produce a product, what machine tools to use, and the order of operations that should be followed in manufacturing and how the product is to be inspected.
Both traditional and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes will be presented.
A customer case study will be included.
